This site is about hardware or software platforms, not software itself. You'll have better luck somewhere else ;)
Anyway, there are some open source academic receivers out there. The SDR-GPS project seems to have closed, but the source is still out there. The code of the book "A Software-Defined GPS and Galileo Receiver" is also free (matlab, quite readable), you can find it in the internet. |
